Studying a Psychiatrist

 

 

 

My childrens solicitor Martin Michaels & Co told  Judge H H Ansell that the children will need a psychiatrist report and he used Dr Omer Moghraby. Martin Machael used him in the past he mentioned during the court proceedings.

 

While my Children and I were being observed by th psychiatrist I was observing him.

 

Our first meeting. He turned up nearly 4 hours late  while I hung around...Just reming myself.

 

He only told a couple of lies during his reports.

 

 

 

When observing a physiatrist in an area where 4 children tried to play in a small space of a garden was shocking really!

I watched him when a young girl of 9 playing and trying to spark off a conversation with the physiatrist who was taking notes on her, she asked him nice questions while smiling. He didn’t know how to come down to her level in a fun way and answer her with a knowing smile. But instead he was sarcastic and asked her why she asked that question, and asked her without a warm smile to his face, he only wanted to know if she knew the meaning of the question. But the girl was not interested and went off to play with another little girl they both sat and enjoyed face paintings chatting with smiles; leaving the psychiatrist pen posed with a solemn face, like the garden gnome that sits in the corner; without notice.

I watched when another boy of about 10yrs old seemed a little distant from everyone, a little frightened maybe. Why the Dr Psychiatrist didn’t go up to the boy and make him feels more comfortable with a smile or why he didn’t say hello as he entered the garden. ‘I wonder if he didn’t realise that when your in the presence of children s’ its normal to stop growing up and act young to get better conversations going.

 

And I wonder why with four children playing in the garden, with two parents and two contact reporters and the psychiatrist adults sitting with only one adult joining in the fun why he didn’t say hello or acknowledge the other adults in his presence or wore a warming smile to make each others feel welcome in the small space of the garden of 10metre by 5m?

And I wonder if he ever though to himself that sometimes in certain sensitive situation its more appropriate to put a pen posed state of mind away, giving others more contact with the spoken word.

You know one of the questions she asked him?
“How many children do you have?” 

‘One’ he replied.
But he asked her why? he wanted to know why she asked the question, he wanted to know if she knew the meaning of the question, he wanted more details of why.

I wonder why he didn’t see that’s how you get to know people by interacting with one another. 

I think to find out I should become a psychiatrist!

 

He said in his report that I did not try and communicate with him when in fact I said I prefer a face to face meeting but he was reluctant to meet me. I have all the saved emails to show a different story.

 

He also did not have my children's home education reports. He had no back ground history of my children's schooling. He was only given my partners background history.Only by Martin Michael 's & Co. 

 

Martin Michaels & Co his letter head on all official documents with   office address but when I turned up to collect importand documents the manager of the post office said this company left years ago.

 

Dr Omer Moghraby was supposed to have my children's background educational history. He only got the history of what Martin Michael had told./ written to him.
