Used 00000 to name my children from my childrens' independent advocate.

Dear Ms Haigh

 00000000000

I am writing as the Independent Advocate for  00000000000, requesting an update of the status of the legal procedures that he is currently the subject of.

I have met with 0000000 to discuss what he would like to see in any future placements if he were unable to return to his mother and/or father in the foreseeable future.  Ideally 000000000 would like to live with his mother but would like to have more contact with his father, auntie, cousins and extended family.

000000000 feels that he was clear in what he had asked the social worker, and CAFCASS for, and that he felt that he was not really being listened to or heard.

I would be grateful if you could take into consideration 00000000 views when reporting at the court proceedings and eventually looking for any future placements if he are unable to return to his family.

00000000 wants to the court to consider his wishes which are that:

  • he could live back with his mother and have regular contact with his auntie, cousins and extended family;

  • if 00000000000 could not live with his family he wished to remain with 000000000000 and 0000000000 his current carers;

  • 00000000000 wishes to stay out of any court proceedings;

  • he wishes that he could “live a normal life without any meetings”

  • 000000000000 would like to visit his father in Italy, if this was not possible, he would like to speak to him via Skype and have telephone contact occasionally.

  • 000000000000 wishes to remain at the 000000000000and eventually to get a degree in Criminology.

I hope that the court is able to consider 000000000000views when making a decision about his future care.

I would appreciate an acknowledgement of this letter and details of any court proceedings that will be taking place regarding 00000000000.

Yours sincerely
