I use the word stole because of the lies within the social workers reports and the inaccurate reports within my own case And I have the 100% evidence which shows the inaccurate reports or Guardian's But the Judge within the family courts or the Lord within the family courts did not take this as evidence against the local authorities. This is a public care system that show be 100% accurate before desicions are made to take a child or children away from their families. This is very wrong and justice needs to be open and honest just like New Lord Justice Munby now say's as this is a  public service. And we have our human rights which protects us. Lord Justice Munby of the Family Courts now sees families now telling their stories. Now parents have the right to take action to name and shame anyone within the public services who have wronged your human rights.

Where is the Officer's REPORTS where father and children are accusing sexual abuse of his two children within the care system. He has been doing this for so time. There must be loads of reports. Where are they. Hopefully Information within

2.1 Our right to know

An important commitment in the ‘The Power of Information’, the Department of Health’s 

Information strategy, was to give people better access to their care records. The reasoning 

was that people who are allowed to share their own records can be empowered to take 

part in decisions about their own care in a genuine partnership with professionals. The 

Strategy said:

“Electronic access to our own care records where we request it will start with GP

records by 2015 and our social care records as soon as IT systems allow. Work with 

patient, service user and professional bodies and with industry will enable this 

access to expand progressively to our records across health and care.”

The Review Panel heard evidence that people’s lack of access to their records under the 

present system is causing great frustration. People are being told they have a choice of 

services, but their choice is constrained if they do not have the facts about themselves.
